Delete your BoltShare account

Delete inside the app

1. Open BoltShare and sign in with the email address for the account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and choose Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your BoltShare authentication account and email address
• Files you uploaded and the active links or codes for those files
• Transfer history and download logs linked to your files
• Your team memberships

Deletion is permanent. Recipients immediately lose access to your active shares.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@rcinc.app from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my BoltShare account." We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Retention

The in-app deletion process removes the account data listed above after successful confirmation. We do not intentionally keep that account data afterward. Limited infrastructure logs or backups may persist temporarily where required for security, legal compliance, or a service provider's normal backup cycle.
